We're Hiring
Our wonderful Course Coordinator and Assistant Educator, Gina, is off on maternity leave from early March and at the same time, Wild Wine School and Agweres are growing. This means we’re on the lookout for some brilliant people to join our small, but dynamic team, supporting our educators and helping provide our students and guests with fabulous experiences. We’re a small business with a diverse range of offerings, and to allow us to open up the work to as many talented people as possible, we’ve split the work we’re looking for into four roles, all with plenty of scope to grow. We also have some really exciting projects in the pipeline for 2026, so there’s plenty of room for new ideas, creativity, and development.
Most roles are part-time, with the option to work as a freelancer/contractor if preferred. The Course Coordinator position is a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover role, with the possibility of extension. For the right applicant, roles can also be combined to create a full or near full-time position.

Part-Time Wild Wine School Course Coordinator 0.6 FTE, 12-month maternity cover, with possibility to extend.

Part-Time/Freelance Wild Wine School Educator ~0.4 FTE, delivering WSET and specialist courses in Cornwall, Devon, and occasionally further afield.

Part-Time/Freelance Wild Wine School & Agweres Events and Retreats Coordinator ~0.2 FTE, supporting events, retreats, and workshops.

Freelance Retreat and Events Team ad-hoc support with guaranteed minimum hours, helping deliver exceptional experiences at Agweres and off-site events.
