"The 40th birthday lunch Debbie planned and created for me was absolutely brilliant – everything from the location, to the food – and of course the wines! – down to the littlest details of the table decorations and personal menu was perfect, so thoughtful and exactly what I wanted.  Debbie took the time to discuss with me in detail to plan everything from menus to decorations, she found us a dreamy location seated between the vines of a local vineyard with views out to sea, and she had loads of great ideas and suggestions to make my birthday even more personal – like choosing wines to represent the different places I’ve lived, or choosing a 40 year old  port to celebrate my 40 years and finish the meal.  The wines themselves were delicious and really interesting, and she talked us through each one in terms of wine style and different tasting notes, and of course they were all paired perfectly with the food.  Debbie thought of everything, and made it all happen seamlessly.  I would recommend Wild Wine Club in a heartbeat, it was magical and an afternoon I will remember for a long time!"
