Bristol and Somerset
From early Summer 2024 we’ve had the pleasure of hosting courses at The Pony, Chew Valley. In response to demand, from Summer 2025 we’re adding a central Bristol venue, Carmen Street Wine .
Our courses in Somerset are based in the cookery school and gardens of The Pony, a celebrated country pub and restaurant owned by Josh and Holly Eggleton. Nestled amidst the picturesque Somerset Hills, students will have the opportunity to explore sensory experiences in the lush gardens while enjoying a taste of The Pony's locally sourced, environmentally sustainable dishes with a light lunch provided by The Pony's kitchen team each day.
For courses in central Bristol you’ll find us at Carmen Street Wine. Opened in Novemeber 2024 Carmen Street Wine can be found just off of Stokes Croft, behind its sister venue Caper and Cure, on Carmen Beckford Street. It’s only small, yet boasts a big wine list of carefully selected low intervention wines and a curated lists of delicious snacks and small plates. When the sun is shining we'll head out to their courtyard.
