Wine Tasting at North Street Kitchen

Come and join us for a fun and informative evening at North Street Kitchen in Fowey. 

Gina and Sara from Wild Wine School will be hosting an informal wine tasting event where you can try a number of wines which would pair well with the type of food served at North Street Kitchen. We will explain why they choose to serve low intervention wines, what this means in wine production from the vineyard to the winery and why this matters for the climate and sustainability.

North Street Kitchen serves delicious seafood based sharing plates and is committed to seasonality and sustainability, sourcing produce locally and ethically. This ethos is also applied to the wines they source from producers who share the same passion for nature and the land. 

We will taste up to 6 wines together, sharing stories about the producers of each wine and gaining a better understanding of which foods they work well with. This is an opportunity to learn more about how wines are made as well as discovering new wines you might like. 

Ticket price includes tasting a sample of 6 wines with a few snacks being served. You will also be able to place orders for any particular wines you like at the end of the evening.
