Riesling is the classic white grape of Germany where it is made in a range
of styles from dry through to sweet, but always with its signature high
acidity. To preserve its fresh character it is most commonly fermented in
stainless steel and not matured in oak.

IMPORTANT REGIONS:
Germany, Alsace in France, Australia.

EXAMPLES OF WINES:
Medium sweet German Riesling- Medium sweet, low alcohol, high
acidity with stone fruit flavours (peach and apricot) and floral notes.
Dry Australian Riesling- Dry, light body, high acidity with intense
citrus flavours of lime and lemon.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Dry-Sweet, Light-Medium Body, High Acidity, Floral, Lime, Peach.

Chilled 7-10°C
