From lunar cycles to the special alchemy of plants and manure, discover how biodynamic, and organic farmers navigate the fascinating world of sustainable viticulture.
This one day beginner to intermediate level course answers these questions with an overview of the history and principles of organic and biodynamic farming and how these methods are applied to viticulture.
